FACILITIES
Visitors Moorings
We have berths for around 100 visiting boats in our visitors area at the town quay. This is very convenient for the town and it's numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. There is also a shower and toilet block close by for visitors, but no electricity. |
Moorings are available on a first come, first serve basis. Boats should not be left unattended for more than 24 hours without advising the harbour staff, or by calling 01590 672014 where an 'out of hours' message service will be in operation. Long stays should be requested in advance and are at the discretion of the Harbour Master. Boats over 12m are by special arrangement with the Harbour Master, As we have limited space for larger craft over 12m. Please Contact the harbour office before arrival. We have 3 pontoons within the town quay area for visitors, One is a walk-ashore pontoon and the other two are out afloat so you will need a dinghy to get ashore. We also have 2 main mooring buoy areas, the first moorings near to the quay are orange buoys and will take boats up to about 34ft (10.36m) and slightly larger white buoys that will take boats up to about 42ft (12.8m). Both the orange and white buoys are fore and aft moorings. A full list of charges for overnight stays are available HERE All vessels should hold appropriate third party insurance cover whilst visiting Lymington and a minimum cover value of £2,000,000 is requested. In addition both marinas offer a full range of facilities. |
