Lymington Harbour is a Trust Port, an independent statutory body run for the benefit of stakeholders and the local community.

Lymington Harbour Commission (LHC) aims to run the harbour in accordance with its enabling legislation and the standards and practices set out in the Department for Transport’s document Ports Good Governance Guidance (March 2018).
