Progress Update on Town Quay Developments

Works to reconfigure the Town Quay mooring area have progressed quickly and are ahead of schedule at the Christmas break. The following bullet points provide a breakdown of works completed thus far.

• The four new commercial fishing boat pontoons.
• Part of the new visitor walk ashore pontoon and the bridge section
• The new pontoon for resident boats along the northern shore (fingers still to be attached)
• When complete the new walk pontoon will provide 46 dedicated visitor berths (including 26 finger berths) all with power and water. 

Works will recommence early in the new year and are scheduled to be completed by the 31^st January 2020.
