Lymington Harbour is home to Wightlink’s regular vehicle ferry service operating between Lymington and Yarmouth, Isle of Wight with over 10,600 trips per year. Approximately 350,000 vehicles and 1,100,000 passengers are carried annually on this route which provides a vital lifeline between the mainland and the western Wight. Ferries depart/arrive approximately every hour between 05.30 and 22.00 hours.
There are also a number of smaller operators that offer passenger ferry or pleasure cruise trips with smaller vessels. These include Puffin Cruises which offers seasonal river cruise trips and ferry trips to Yarmouth and Gosport Ferry Company which offers seasonal cruise trips from Gosport to Lymington to visit the Saturday market.
Lymington also supports a small fleet of commercial fishing boats and angling charter boats as well as a number of companies that provide corporate entertainment charters on RIB’s and Yachts.
