Declaration of Interests

In accordance with governance best practice and to comply with the requirements of the Lymington Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Commissioner are required to make a declaration of interests.

Lymington Harbour Commission maintains a register of declared interests which is available for inspection by members of the public. The original signed copy can be viewed at the Harbour Office on request. Alternatively a copy of the register can be downloaded by clicking on the link to the right of this text.
