How to apply for a resident mooring
Resident mooring licences are open to people who permanently reside on the mainland within 7 miles of Lymington Church and who are the owner or majority shareholder of the boat to be moored. A waiting list applies.
To download a copy of the waiting list application form and details of our terms and conditions please click on the button below:
IMPORTANT: Applications must be in one name and are not transferable, i.e. joint applications are not permitted. Any partner in a boat who at some future date may wish to be allocated a mooring in their own right must apply to join the waiting list providing they fulfil the residency criteria. Members of a mooring holder’s family, for example a spouse or children, are reminded that they have no rights to take over a mooring.
Completed forms should be returned together with payment for the waiting list administration fee (please check fee with Harbour Office) and a photocopy of your driving licence showing your local address to:-
Lymington Harbour Commissioners, Harbour Office, Bath Road, Lymington, Hampshire. SO41 3SE
