Harbour Office - COVID 19

Following the Government's latest advice on COVID-19 this is to keep our customers abreast of the actions that we are taking to mitigate the risks to our staff and to the safe operation of the harbour.

From tomorrow (18th March), and until further notice, we will be closing the reception area at the Harbour Office to minimise the risk of passing on the virus through personal contact. During this period, please contact us by phone on 01590 672014 or through email info@lymingtonharbour.co.uk

We are also in the process of separating our office and on the water teams to minimise the risk of a full closure and will also implement home working where practical to do so. This will mean that at times we have fewer staff working than normal, so please bear with us if this affects service levels. We will do our best to ensure it doesn’t!

In addition, we have decided that all non-essential meetings, both internal and external, should not be attended. This includes attending externally arranged meetings. Where possible on-line video conferencing tools will be used as a substitute.

I do hope that this update provides you with some reassurance that we are doing all we can in these challenging times to act responsibly, while trying to keep the show on the road.
